Leeds United are yet to receive ‘concrete offers’ for any of their players.
Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips are among the stars linked with an exit from Elland Road this summer.
Leeds scraped Premier League survival last season, but may struggle to keep hold of their top players during the summer transfer window.
Giving an update on talkSPORT on Tuesday morning, Jim White said: “On those two specifically, Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips, it is my information this morning that this is where we are at with them.
“There is talk of Arsenal for Raphinha, there is talk of Kalvin Phillips heading to Manchester City.
“It’s my understanding, right now, that there are no concrete offers for either of those players.
“The man at the top of the football club, Andrea Radrizzani, and his fellow bosses are very much focused on players coming in at this stage.”
Raphinha is widely tipped to leave Leeds this summer and is keen to play Champions League football.
Barcelona is his favored destination and they are understood to have already agreed personal terms with his agent, Deco.

Reports claim Arsenal are likely to submit a bid for the £ 50million-rated Brazilian, while there is also interest from Tottenham and Chelsea.
Phillips is a boyhood Leeds fan, but has also been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
Man City are among the names touted as a potential landing spot following Fernandinho’s exit after an illustrious nine years at the Etihad.
Leeds have already been busy signing players this summer with Jesse Marsch adding three names to his squad.
Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen both joined from Red Bull Salzburg, while defensive midfielder Marc Roca was signed from Bayern Munich.
